Move passed the past.
When we talk about moving passed the past we talk about moving forward by emotionally or psychologically overcoming a difficulty, by forgiving and understanding the circumstances that happened. This can be because you have had a negative experience or a traumatic event in your life. If we let the past hold us back we will not be able to live in the present, we will be stuck in a timeline where certain events happened and we will not be able to open up to new experiences. Of course that our pain and certain experiences have shaped who we are today however, letting something that is no longer happening still be a part of your mind stops you in many ways, it can keep you stuck in negative emotions and cause you to have limiting beliefs. These patterns can go on and on for years if not looked at and accepted that they become habits that we unconsciously do, not being aware that you are stopping yourself from expressing you full potential.
In hypnosis, I engage with the subconscious mind directly where I guide you to find the root of your doubts, fears and limiting beliefs and I help you directly reframe them and heal yourself from that moment this way you can move passed the past and help you with the ability to step into your full ability to create your desired reality, its all up to you.
