Why Therapy is a Powerful Act of Self- Leadership

            When people talk about therapy, people immediately associate the word with problems, crisis, or being “broken,” even though therapy is much broader than that. The goal is to shift the vibe from “therapy = something’s wrong” to therapy = “healing = a supportive space to grow.” In a fast overstimulated, over connected and often overwhelmed world it is important that we take time to heal the parts of us that often seem put away and forgotten. Unhealed  wounds do not disappear instead they can show up as: anxiety or depression, chronic stress and or burn out, repeating unhealthy relationships, self-sabotage or fear of success or it can even become a physical illness if not looked at. As we start to get older we start to notice patterns that we often overlook, patterns in behaviors, patterns in relationships, patterns in habits etc,.
