Positive things to say to your kids daily.

It is very important how you talk to your children, we talk to them daily so here are a few things you can say to them to plant seeds of positivity in their mind. This will help them be more confident, more self assured, more self secure, they will trust their gut and be able to make choices with a clear positive mind. As parents we have to plant positivity where we do have a little more control.  Ask your self, what's unique to him/her? Example: Hair, smile, eyes,  Compliment them on how nice it is, how nice it looks,  Your smile lights up a room.  Your ideas are so brilliant. You are very thoughtful in the way that you communicate.  Your laugh lights up my heart.  Your words are so powerful. I believe in you.  You are important.  I am so proud of you, you should be proud of yourself  You got this. Do you have a Mother wound?

                    Mother and Father wounds are very real, they change your perspective on a lot of things in life. But first you have to accept that you have a mother wound, this will allow you to open up for healing. First of all what is a mother wound? A mother wound, is a deep emotional trauma that often happens when we are young and learning about life, this impacts our adult relationships it, even impacts how we handle decision making. When we do not have the emotional or physical support or we received some form of neglectful parenting from our mothers it plants a seed in our subconscious mind leading to self doubt, the feeling of worthlessness, lack of trust in others, and how safe we feel around others.  As a child you constantly needed some type of approval by seeking validation or by finding ways to attach to her. Is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy the same thing?

 They are related but they are not the same, Hypnosis is the state of heightened relaxation being the bridge to the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique, verbal communication, exploring the mind of the patient, building rapport and having the ability to know how to navigate the client into clarity on what, how and where certain limiting beliefs come from. It is a formal relationship between a professional and the client. What is Hypnosis?

     Hypnosis, is the act of deliberately wanting to access the subconscious mind with focused attention reducing awareness and enhancing the opportunity to reframe limiting beliefs. Hypnosis is the bridge to the subconscious, when in hypnosis your body is relaxed and your brain waves change, slowing down to Alpha and Theta waves where you are more receptive to permanent behavioral change.
