Finding emotional balance.

      It is very important to balance your emotions, unbalanced emotions are associated with dysfunctions significantly impacting daily life, relationships and your career if not balanced they can disturb how you think, how you make decisions, how you act or react and they can even disturb your body organs causing irregular functions. Emotions at times can cause discomfort, pain or high levels of stress/anxiety, this sensation that is felt within the body causes the body to manifest an illness. This is why the word dis-ease is used to describe the imbalance and disharmony in the body, typically representing a disruption in the natural flow of your energy and your well-being. Some examples are, anger effects the liver, fear unbalances the kidneys, sadness can impact the lungs, stress impacts the gastrointestinal tract (stomach) .
