Parts Therapy

                    "Parts is parts" like Dr. Crow says", he is my instructor and my mentor for Hypnotherapy. Parts therapy recognizes that there are different parts of the self, the way that individuals can process thinking, process feelings and act differently, recognizes the idea that humans have different aspects of themselves. With these different internal parts we can address inner conflicts, address trauma and understand self sabotage. Understanding that we all have different personalities that are with us everyday will help you to be more open to tapping into these different "parts of you" and being able to understand yourself in a deeper internal way. It might sound weird at first I know, but it has been proven that we do in fact have different parts of ourselves that act differently, think differently and feel differently.
