Enter a Meditative State with this breath technique.

      

    If your having trouble entering a meditative state just follow this technique and you will be able to relax your body and calm it down. After your finished you can continue to meditate with slow and deep breaths inhaling and exhaling from your belly. If you lose focus and you start thinking about a million things just take a long deep breath re-center and re-focus on your breathing it will help you stay in that state of relaxation.  Your going to take long deep breaths with this count down this is called the Vortex Breath. 

 

Inhale 13 seconds --1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8--9--10--11--12--13

Exhale 13 seconds --1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8--9--10--11--12--13


Inhale 8 seconds --1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8

Exhale 8 seconds --1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8


Inhale 5 seconds --1--2--3--4--5 

Exhale 5 seconds --1--2--3--4--5


Inhale 3 seconds --1--2--3 

Exhale 3 seconds --1--2--3 


Inhale 2 seconds --1--2

Exhale 2 seconds --1--2  


Inhale 1 second 

Exhale 1 second 


Do this 3 times.
